Jane Young (Partner-Denver, CO) will serve as moderator of a panel webinar for the Colorado Bar Association Insurance Committee on May 5, 2025. Titled “The Impact of the Supreme Court’s Decision in Fear v. GEICO,: the one-hour presentation will provide a discussion about the impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Fear v. GEICO case. Counsel for policyholders and counsel for insurers will weigh in on what has been resolved by the Supreme Court’s ruling, how the case may impact the handling of first-party claims in Colorado, and what further disputes may arise following the court’s opinion.
