Jason W. Suh is a seasoned litigator who handles a wide variety of professional liability matters and business disputes in state and federal courts throughout California. He has extensive experience defending against professional liability claims involving attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and real estate brokerage companies, escrow companies, property managers, and other miscellaneous professionals. Additionally, Jason is well-versed in handling commercial litigation involving contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, real estate matters, and trademark cases. Drawing on more than 17 years of experience managing all facets of civil litigation, Jason’s expertise includes having demurrers sustained and summary judgment motions granted in his clients' favor, obtaining favorable jury verdicts, and prevailing before the California Courts of Appeal.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jason practiced at several prominent national law firms.
