Jed Henrichsen represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on professional liability as well as complex tort and general casualty. He handles matters related to errors and omissions insurance, miscellaneous professional liability insurance, and other forms of coverage, providing associated services such as litigation, practice and risk management, regulatory, investigations and ethics, and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jed provided legal counsel and limited representation to pro se litigants in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. During law school, where he was a New York Pro Bono Scholar, Jed interned for a judge on the New York State Supreme Court and at government agencies, including the New York State Division of Human Rights. After earning his undergraduate degree, Jed worked for a number of years as a paralegal at a boutique litigation firm and at the legal assistance arm of a national nonprofit.
