Jennifer Zangler-Scaduto is a seasoned litigation attorney with a strong focus on insurance defense and defending claims related to transportation and municipal liability. Her extensive experience includes representing major self-insured entities and municipal authorities in high-exposure bodily injury and property damage cases. Jennifer adeptly handles all phases of litigation, from investigation through trial preparation, emphasizing a strategic approach to dispositive motion practice and conducting depositions, while also ensuring regulatory compliance. She is known for her meticulous case preparation, persuasive advocacy, and practical problem-solving skills.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Jennifer served as lead counsel for several major New York insurance carriers in complex motor vehicle, premises liability, and no-fault litigation across New York City and Long Island. She began her career advocating for indigent clients in criminal proceedings, where she litigated misdemeanor matters and built strong courtroom experience in a high-volume environment.
During law school, Jennifer participated in the Pro Bono Scholar Program, enabling her to take the New York State bar exam early, while still a student, and devote her final semester of law school to public service work with the Children's Law Bureau of the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society.
