Jerry Padgett provides legal counsel and support for businesses and individuals. Jerry’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including premises liability claims, personal injury claims, construction defect claims, product liability claims, and employment law claims. In this capacity, he has a great deal of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from the initial pleadings and written discovery phases through trial and appeal.
Further, Jerry has represented clients in first-party insurance coverage claims, including property, general commercial liability, and environmental coverage issues. In addition, Jerry has experience representing clients in commercial and business litigation claims.
