Jessica (Jess) Dance defends large corporate entities against personal injury and wrongful death claims, including high-exposure cases. In addition, Jess has experience in business and commercial, environmental, trucking and transportation, and bodily injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
While earning her master’s degree, Jess traveled to Tbilisi, Georgia, where she met with various government officials, members of Parliament, Administration of the President of Georgia, U.S. Embassy in Georgia, diplomats, NGOs, experts in Georgian affairs and other civil society members to address Georgia’s past, present and future state of affairs with the European Union, NATO and the United States. Jess has volunteered with various organizations, including Shared Hope International in Washington, D.C., where she fought human trafficking, Habitat for Humanity, the Lemoyne Center and La Raza. She is a bodybuilder and a certified life coach and mentor.
During her undergraduate studies, Jess traveled to Sydney, Australia, where she conducted an independent research study on issues of poverty and inequality. During law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Houston, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
