Jessica R. Irmer

Jessica Irmer is part of a dedicated team of defense attorneys representing businesses, contractors, property owners, and individuals in third-party liability litigation. Her practice focuses on construction defect, transportation, motor vehicle accident, and premises liability matters. Jessica has a particular interest in construction defect litigation. Coming from a family with deep roots in the construction trades, she developed an early appreciation for the skill, planning, and collaboration required to complete complex projects. Before joining Wilson Elser, Jessica practiced at a prominent boutique coverage and defense firm, where she handled personal injury and property damage litigation and conducted pre-suit coverage investigations in coordination with carrier Special Investigation Units. She began her career in first-party insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, experience that continues to inform her practice. Having worked closely with insurers on claims evaluation, coverage investigations, and resolution strategies, she brings a practical understanding of the claims-handling process to every matter she manages.

Outside the office, Jessica enjoys hiking with her dog, weightlifting, running, and kayaking, reflecting the same determination and endurance she brings to her practice.
