John Odenheimer is an effective commercial litigator with a well-established track record of successfully defending clients in and out of the courtroom, as well as demonstrated finesse in meeting client objectives through arbitration or in other types of dispute-resolution forums.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, John gained extensive litigation experience over several years defending insurers and insureds in Colorado workers’ compensation matters at a regional defense firm. He has handled numerous cases through the investigation and pre-litigation, discovery, litigation and settlement phases. He also has conducted trainings for both clients and the Colorado Bar Association. This background along with John’s focus on effective and intentional litigation strategies enables him to achieve case resolution through the most cost-effective and expeditious avenues available.
While in law school, John interned with the Colorado Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel and was a member of Loyola’s labor and employment law clinic, handling claims for indigent clients.
