His work includes assessing potential exposure, advising on coverage positions, and monitoring the defense of underlying claims.

Directors & Officers Liability
John supports D&O insurers by providing coverage assessments and claims oversight involving corporate governance disputes, regulatory investigations, and other management liability exposures. He reviews pleadings, tracks the progress of underlying litigation, and offers guidance on strategy, settlement, and allocation issues to help insurers manage risk and resolve claims efficiently.
