John Nwaghanata represents public- and private-sector clients in mitigating and managing risk in connection with personal injury and property damage claims. John’s team centers on New York State construction OCIP claims, and taking a holistic view of not just the “general liability” claim but also the workers’ compensation risk and exposure so as to break down silos and mitigate total expense and exposure.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, John was an associate in the aviation field at an insurance defense firm in New York City.
