Joseph Fusz (Of Counsel-Chicago, IL) presented “Cyber Threats & Trends, and Incident Response Preparedness” at the February meeting of the Civil Trial & Appeals Committee of the Lake County Bar Association. The presentation focused on current issues regarding cybersecurity threats and trends, legal notice obligations, and the need for appropriate incident response planning with outside counsel. The attendees included private civil practitioners, public sector civil attorneys, and current and retired members of the Lake County judiciary.
