Joseph Seiler dedicates his practice to defending health care professionals against medical malpractice claims and related civil litigation throughout Texas. His clients include physicians, midlevel providers, and nurses, as well as health care entities ranging from small rural hospitals in West Texas to vast hospital systems in Houston and San Antonio. In addition, Joseph represents health care providers before their respective licensing boards, including the Texas Medical Board and Texas Board of Nursing.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Joseph worked at an established firm in Houston, Texas, specializing in the defense of claims related to physician malpractice, dental malpractice, hospital malpractice, and various health law matters.

Joseph has successfully defended numerous health care providers, including obstetricians/gynecologists, neonatologists, pediatricians, neurologists, surgeons, cardiologists, radiologists, emergency physicians, and hospitalists. Joseph has a particular interest in handling cases involving alleged birth and neonatal injuries, hypoxic ischemic injuries, cardiovascular damage, internal bleeding, and strokes.
