Julia Buli represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability and casualty, premises liability, personal injury, and construction accidents. Julia handles claims throughout all phases of litigation, including effective trial preparation and settlement negotiations. Her thorough case analysis enables her to identify compelling defense strategies, determine exposure, and seek cost-effective resolutions for clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Julia worked at a New York firm, where she handled insurance defense matters related to construction accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice. She also played a key role on the firm’s appellate practice team. During law school, Julia served as an issue editor for the Touro Law Review and was an active member of Touro's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) chapter, where she assisted low-income taxpayers.
