Juliana Balabusta represents insurance companies in coverage and defense litigation throughout the United States. Her practice focuses on matters involving general liability, premises liability, construction defects, and personal injury.
During law school, Juliana served as a student attorney in the Education and Health Law Clinic, where she advised clients seeking special education services for their children. She also worked as a law clerk at a New Jersey medical malpractice and personal injury firm and interned with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, assisting with legal research and brief writing.
