Julie Dubinsky represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters throughout Florida. Her practice focuses on general liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, first-party property and casualty defense, insurance coverage, and personal injury claims.
Julie has successfully argued and obtained favorable rulings on numerous dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. She also has achieved favorable outcomes through mediation and arbitration.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Julie was a senior associate at a statewide defense firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she represented insurance companies and individuals through all stages of litigation.
