Justin Bailey represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, defending claims involving general, professional, product, and premises liability, while also working to protect the interests of design professionals.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Justin was an associate at an AmLaw 200 firm in Philadelphia. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Kelly D. Eckel of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. He also served as a teaching assistant for his law school’s required legal research and writing course as well as its Integrated Transactional Program.
