Kaitlin Marsini represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and coverage matters. Kaitlin handles all phases of litigation from inception through resolution and is well-versed in discovery matters, motion practice, oral argument, expert witness management, arbitration, mediation and the appeals process.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kaitlin worked at a Philadelphia civil litigation firm specializing in insurance defense, where she handled claims involving premises liability and construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, employment discrimination and toxic tort matters. Previously, she was a law clerk at a boutique firm in Media, Pennsylvania, handling issues in various practice areas.
During law school, Kaitlin acquired a diverse legal background. As a law clerk at a prominent Philadelphia personal injury firm, she gained valuable experience in catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions. She was an intern in the intellectual property law department at a global communications and technology company. As a judicial intern for the Honorable Carolyn Tornetta Carluccio, President Judge of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County, Kaitlin expanded her knowledge about civil and criminal proceedings.
