Kaitlin Kennedy defends hospitals, doctors, and various health care professionals in complex medical malpractice matters. She effectively handles cases from inception through resolution, participating in all aspects of discovery, including pleadings and motion practice, as well as assisting at trial. Kaitlin works closely with clients to craft compelling defenses and demonstrate that they have met and exceeded the standard of care.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kaitlin gained valuable experience working at a medical malpractice defense firm.
