Kaitlin Rolston handles a diverse range of complex civil litigation matters. She effectively manages the entire litigation process, with the understanding that clients prefer quick and cost-effective resolutions to complex and potentially protracted liability cases. Kaitlin always aims to accelerate turnaround through procedural dismissals, substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements. 

Kaitlin has a background in labor and employment law, in which she represented established businesses in cases relating to discrimination, wage-and-hour disputes and harassment. Kaitlin also advised clients on several COVID-19-related issues, such as current guidelines and federal regulations.
