Kamilla Shlimak Vener

Kamilla Vener devotes her practice to cases involving serious personal injury and death claims arising from the loading and operation of cars, vans, trucks and tractor-trailers for a major national e-commerce client. Kamilla is dedicated to providing tailored representation and taking a proactive approach to her clients’ unique litigation needs. 

Kamilla joined Wilson Elser from a Texas defense firm focusing on insurance matters in trucking and transportation, construction defects, premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, and admiralty and maritime. Prior to that, she gained personal injury experience on the plaintiff side with a Texas firm. This valuable experience enables Kamilla to creatively formulate her litigation approach.
