Karen L. Bashor (Partner-Las Vegas) will present on “Social Inflation” and Joseph Stafford (Partner-Chicago) will present on Rising ESG Litigation & Compliance Risks at HDI Global’s Americas Underwriters Conference to be held October 5–6, 2023, in Chicago, Illinois. This presentation will be conducted with Dan Wolfe, Senior Director of Jury Consulting from Magna, and in collaboration with Wilson Elser colleague Ross Ellick (Partner-New York). The audience will include approximately 100 underwriters, brokers and claims professionals from around the world, including Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
