Katherine Decker represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and the defense of claims related to general liability, professional liability and employment and labor disputes. Kate is well-versed in handling matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, OSHA, the Department of Labor and state equal employment agencies in Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Missouri, as well as litigating claims involving restrictive covenants.   

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kate worked for a national corporation where she primarily represented employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation and privacy violations. Previously, she was senior counsel at a national firm in Chicago, where she handled all phases of litigation in a broad range of practice areas.
