Kelsey Stevenson focuses her civil litigation practice on insurance coverage, working as part of a team that advises insurers on risk analysis and mitigation, coverage and bad faith disputes, Special Investigation Unit matters, and related issues.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Kelsey worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, prosecuting a broad range of criminal matters, with a focus on domestic violence cases. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael J. McShane of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and as an extern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.
