Kendra Jacobs represents businesses and individuals in general civil litigation and insurance defense. Her practice focuses on representing clients in claims involving general liability, aviation liability and accident investigation, automobile liability, premises liability, personal injury, and other complex civil litigation matters.

Aviation Liability and Accident Investigation
Before joining Wilson Elser, Kendra worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for nearly 17 years, analyzing aviation incidents, addressing regulatory operational and hazardous material issues, and representing the agency before the National Safety Transportation Board and the US Department of Transportation Office of Hearings. She has also worked on regulatory compliance for commercial space operations, uncrewed aircraft systems, and other emerging aviation technologies.
