Kiana Okhovat

Kiana Okhovat is a litigator representing corporations and individuals in civil matters, with an emphasis on managing liability resulting from construction defects. Her practice team defends virtually every type of premises liability and personal liability claim on behalf of some of the world’s largest organizations that retain Wilson Elser’s services directly.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Kiana worked in-house on the Business and Legal Affairs team at William Morris Endeavor, the largest talent agency in the world.

While in law school, Kiana volunteered with the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic, where she advised start-ups in Silicon Valley and handled transactional work.
