Kristin Cawn has practiced commercial litigation and business law in South Florida for more than a decade. She is experienced in handling state, federal and appellate matters. Kristin’s areas of focus include construction law, insurance defense, insurance coverage analysis and declaratory judgment actions, defamation, corporate divorce and shareholder disputes, business contracts, commercial landlord-tenant, and commercial and residential foreclosure defense.
