Kristin Fabella is a California attorney handling toxic tort and environmental complex matters, as well as transportation and premises liability. She works closely with clients in the retail, real estate, transportation, and technology industries, guiding them through all stages of litigation and risk management. 

Kristin is in her sixth year as a litigator. She has taken depositions since her first year of practice and oversees preparation, execution, and strategy. She develops litigation and discovery plans and is experienced in investigations, motion practice, and case presentation ahead of trial. Kristin was selected for a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates, gaining hands-on experience in civil litigation early in her career, working alongside experienced trial attorneys on matters involving both plaintiff and defense litigation strategy.

Outside of her legal practice, Kristin is active in the legal and nonprofit communities. In 2023, she served as Chair of the Orange County Coalition for Diversity in the Law (OCCDL), where she previously served on the Board of Directors as Secretary. In these roles, she oversaw programming, sponsorships, and partnerships aimed at advancing underrepresented attorneys and law students in Orange County, California.
