Laura Charpentier represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, with a focus on defending claims related to general liability, premise liability, personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, insurance fraud, and wrongful death. She defends clients in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana, handling all phases of litigation, including depositions, oral arguments, mediations, and trial preparation. Laura’s primary focus in her representations is building a solid relationship with clients, identifying their needs, and maintaining open communication throughout the litigation process.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Laura worked at a regional defense firm, defending companies and individuals in personal injury, property damage, premise liability, and contractual disputes.
