Lauren Di Giovanni is part of a Wilson Elser team that represents major insurance carriers and their insureds, focusing on the defense of claims involving general liability, trucking and transportation, automobile liability, construction disputes, real estate matters, and premises security. She effectively manages cases from inception through resolution – whether by settlement, dispositive motion, trial, or mediation/arbitration – zealously advocating for clients in various state courts.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Lauren spent ten years as a prosecutor, including eight years with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, she gained significant litigation experience, trying 29 jury cases to verdict, conducting hundreds of hearings, defending and conducting depositions, and examining and cross-examining numerous expert witnesses. In 2023, Lauren was promoted to the elite, cutting-edge Cyber Crime Unit, where she investigated and prosecuted financial fraud conspiracies involving the extensive use of cyber technologies and cryptocurrency.
