Lauren Deming has devoted her practice to personal injury litigation for 17 years. She focuses on wrongful death, catastrophic injury, automobile liability, premises liability, trucking liability, and nursing home negligence matters. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, she brings a well-rounded perspective to evaluating claims, developing litigation strategy, and advocating for her clients.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Lauren practiced in-house with one of Florida’s largest automobile insurers, defending bodily injury claims and related disputes. Prior to that, she was a partner at a national insurance defense firm, where she represented major retailers, theme parks, nursing homes, governmental agencies, and other businesses in premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. Earlier in her career, she practiced at a national plaintiffs’ firm, focusing on catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys running, traveling, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Buccaneers with her family, including her two daughters.
