Lauren Youngblood is a trial lawyer and experienced litigator representing established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, product liability, professional liability, complex tort and general casualty, and business and real estate litigation. Lauren is a powerful advocate for clients, crafting effective defense strategies in challenging cases, and is known for her presence and effectiveness in the courtroom.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Lauren worked in the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois. She gained valuable experience litigating matters in various criminal law divisions, including Juvenile Justice, the General Felony Unit, and the Domestic Violence and Special Victim's Unit.

During law school, Lauren was a law clerk for the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office, the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Illinois. These roles piqued Lauren’s interest in trial work and being in the courtroom and enhanced her legal research, writing, and litigation skills in civil and criminal law matters.
