Joshua Bachrach (Partner-Philadelphia) will participate in a “Group Disability Roundtable” at the 110th Annual Education Conference of the International Claims Association to be held September 22−24, 2019, in Denver, Colorado. Experienced legal and claims experts will facilitate a discussion of current topics and industry challenges, with emphasis on the current ERISA regulations and their impact. The session will also allow time to cover questions related to group claims.
