Lori Semlies (Partner-White Plains, NY) will lead one of a series of roundtable discussions related to recent trends in litigation and new legislation impacting senior care captives at the Business Insurance World Captive Forum 2024, to be held in Orlando, Florida, January 24–26, 2024. Each roundtable is led by an industry expert who facilitates the discussion. Participants have the option to remain at one roundtable throughout the session or move to another table during a mid-session break. Discussions will each be 25 minutes in length.
