Lucian (Luke) Seymour focuses his practice on insurance coverage, bad faith, general liability, and professional liability litigation. He also assists clients with first- and third-party coverage matters involving both domestic and London market insurers. In addition, Luke has experience representing project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in construction-related disputes involving alleged design and workmanship defects, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims.
