M. Jeremy Dotson maintains a practice that is 100 percent devoted to the defense of the firm’s clients in complex, high-exposure liability litigation involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims. Over the years, Jeremy has specialized in defending motor carriers, commercial truck drivers, product manufacturers, and property/business owners against claims of liability. He also routinely represents clients or insurance carriers in matters involving large property loss claims stemming from fire and other catastrophic loss events, as well as general liability claims.
Jeremy has successfully litigated countless cases to completion around the country, from the pre-suit investigation phase through trial or the appellate process, always seeking the best result for his clients in an aggressive and efficient manner.
