Marnix Weber represents established businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on insurance defense, representing carriers and insureds, with a concentration on claims related to general liability and casualty. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Marnix worked at a civil litigation firm in Boston. His practice included the defense of regulated transportation industries, matters concerning the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) and the Jones Act, and claims involving premises liability, product liability and general liability.
