Matthew Goodman

Matthew Goodman represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving commercial liability, premises liability, complex torts, and personal injury. In addition, Matt is well-versed in handling a wide range of toxic tort and transportation matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Matt practiced at a Chicago-based firm, where he handled complex litigation, including toxic tort cases with a particular emphasis on asbestos and talc exposure. Previously, Matt worked at a Cleveland-based defense firm, representing insurers and businesses in general negligence, wrongful death, product liability, and breach of contract actions.
