Matthew Raffa is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on high-exposure construction matters. He represents owners, construction managers, and general contractors in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries, claims of negligence, New York Labor Law and Industrial Code violations. Before joining Wilson Elser, Matthew worked with the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County.
During law school, Matthew clerked for a boutique general practice firm on Long Island, New York, and participated in the Maurice A. Deane School of Law’s E. David Woycik, Jr. Intensive Trial Techniques Program.
