Melissa Travers represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, personal injury and business litigation.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Melissa practiced in the areas of government defense, professional liability defense, employment defense and business litigation. She represented public entities (County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, County of Los Angeles Fire Department and County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works) and has skillfully defended numerous health care facilities and professionals in medical and dental malpractice claims.
