Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to construction liability, premises liability, and personal injury. Mike effectively handles all stages of litigation, including arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations. He works closely with clients, advising on risk management and mitigation strategies to avoid litigation when possible and providing efficient, cost-effective resolutions tailored to clients’ needs.   

Before joining Wilson Elser, Mike practiced at multiple firms specializing in insurance defense litigation, most recently representing corporations and insurance clients. Previously, he worked at personal injury firms handling plaintiff-side matters. Mike’s plaintiff work enables him to anticipate plaintiffs’ claims in crafting effective defense strategies. Outside of the office, Mike continues to play and coach sports, bringing the same dedication and leadership to serving clients throughout the legal process.
