Michael Casso represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, and premises liability, as well as all facets of complex commercial, contract, and business litigation.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Michael worked at a Dallas civil litigation firm, where he handled personal injury litigation and general liability defense, including automobile and trucking negligence claims.
As a law student, Michael gained a rich variety of intern and law clerk experience. He served as a judicial intern for four U.S. Magistrate Judges in the southern and northern districts of Texas, as well as a law clerk in the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Office of the Attorney General.
