Michael Lowry (Partner-Las Vegas) will join the panel titled “Appellate Motions” at the State Bar of Nevada’s 2026 Appellate Law Conference: Be More Appealing, to be presented live at the State Bar of Nevada offices in Las Vegas on April 7, 2026. The CLE event is also available via webinar. Michael’s panel will discuss the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure motion rule, NRAP 27, and its requirements, including when and how to file or oppose motions in the appellate courts successfully.
