Michael Lowry (Partner-Las Vegas, NV) will present “Unintended Risk by Accidental Permission” at the Construction Insurance and Risk Captive of America (CIRCA) 2022 Claim Symposium on March 15-17, 2022, at the Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. It is one thing to accept the risk of employees operating vehicles with permission, but what about the risk that arises when employees or others operate your vehicles without permission? When that risk arises it can create uncertainty as to who is responsible for an incident and could require multiple lawyers. Michael will discuss ways to recognize and mitigate these risks.
