Michael Breen is an experienced litigator who practices in the areas of transportation, aviation, governmental entities, premises liability, product liability, construction, insurance coverage and related matters. He has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, public and private airports, trucking companies, national retailers and manufacturers, to insurance and surety companies, contractors, engineering firms, business owners and individuals.
Michael counsels local, regional and international clients in the defense of disputed civil matters at all stages of the claims and litigation process. He has handled cases throughout the state of Florida, with extensive experience in complex tort and general casualty, often dealing with matters involving catastrophic loss and wrongful death.
Michael has been a member of the Rotary Club of Tampa and served on The Florida Orchestra’s Board of Consultants. During law school, Michael practiced as a certified legal intern with the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic and clerked with the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court.
