Michael Manfredi (Associate-Atlanta) will present the National Business Institute CLE webinar, “Clarifying UM/UIM Coverage: Carrier Obligations Made Simple” on July 23, 2019. The webinar will address these the following:

• Interpreting exclusions in auto liability policies requires a case-by-case analysis because the determination of coverage and exclusions in UM law is fact-driven.
• Interrogatories are the first and primary means to discover the sources and limits of UM coverage, so as to potentially decrease any one insurer's exposure.
• Georgia prohibits any policy arbitration requirement in policies providing UM coverage, and the state has no lawsuit threshold.
