Michael Manfredi (Partner-Atlanta, GA) will join a panel titled “Look and Look Again: Unique Case Studies Involving Construction Defects” at the CLM AC23 Conference to be held March 29–31, 2023, in Tampa, Florida. The session will provide a review of engineering case studies of commercial construction defects, including buoyant structural foam and pool deck failure, new construction drainage and damage from the Nashville Bombing. Claims professionals will learn about identifying historic damage versus new damage, triggers for code upgrades and bounding the blast.
