Michael Wisniewski has represented Fortune 500 corporate clients and insurers in complex, high-exposure matters in Michigan and California. His practice is litigation-driven, with a focus on efficiently defending sophisticated claims in a broad range of civil matters, including transportation, products liability, catastrophic injury, life sciences, and health care fraud and abuse litigation.

Michael is known for his practical approach, working closely with his clients to evaluate risk early and then serving as lead counsel in federal and state courts to achieve favorable results in many jurisdictions, including defense verdicts and published appellate decisions.

As litigation counsel, Michael takes an active role in managing the entire litigation process, including developing case strategy, managing discovery, working with fact and expert witnesses, and leading matters through trial. His approach has allowed him to obtain dismissals in favor of his clients across all spectrums, from multimillion dollar disputes to smaller claims.
