Michael Wynn brings more than a decade of diverse litigation experience to his practice, having represented clients across a broad spectrum of civil matters since 2014. His background spans general litigation, including premises liability and motor vehicle accidents, insurance defense, commercial disputes, professional malpractice defense for attorneys and accountants, labor and employment matters, and municipal liability cases. He is also a former police officer with the New Orleans Police Department. This varied experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of investigation and civil litigation from multiple perspectives, enabling him to anticipate opposing strategies and craft effective solutions.

Michael’s primary practice at Wilson Elser is in New York labor law claims, as well as general liability litigation, such as premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.
