Mitchel E. Burman

Mitchel Burman is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on landlord-tenant disputes, unlawful detainer actions, and related civil litigation matters. He represents landlords, property owners, debtors, and other clients in a wide range of contested matters, managing cases through all phases of litigation, from initial evaluation through resolution.

Mitchel has significant experience handling high-volume litigation matters, including unlawful detainer actions and related landlord-tenant disputes. His practice includes developing litigation strategy, conducting discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive and pretrial motions, negotiating settlements, handling contested hearings, and preparing for and conducting bench trials and evidentiary hearings. He also regularly advises clients on litigation strategy and case resolution.

Before concentrating his practice on landlord-tenant litigation, Mitchel represented individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, litigating contested matters and advising clients throughout the bankruptcy process.
