N. Randall (Randy) Sees has more than 20 years of experience in municipal law and civil litigation, including insurance defense and medical malpractice matters. His current practice focuses on insurance defense, with an emphasis on transportation-related claims. Before joining Wilson Elser, he practiced insurance defense, general civil litigation, and municipal law at a firm in central Pennsylvania.
After law school, Randy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles H. Saylor of the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, where he gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and litigation strategy. Before entering the legal profession, he worked as a medical technologist at a tertiary care hospital in central Pennsylvania, providing him with a strong foundation in medical and health care issues.
